Can i combine shipment?
* Combining is FREE and our system will help you combine your item(s). You
may
combine as many items as you wish to up to 10 days or up to 16 pcs
for one
shipping.

Do you charge any handling and combining fee?
How many items can be combined for one shipment?
FREE Combining - you buy one or upto 16 pcs, and pay
the same shipping rate. SAVE!!!! - PLEASE TAKE ADVANTAGE OF OUR COMBINING.
After the first item, you have 10 days of free combining in our system. Once
this period is over, you will not be able to combine any item to your invoice.

How do I combined shipping on two or more items?
The website says once checked out, you cannot combine, but as soon as
I click on "buy it now", I fear I am checking out. What do I do?
Our payment process is very easy. Shortly
after your purchase, you will receive congratulation email
seperately from us. Either from eBay or our website item,
each purchase will be combined for you upto 16 pcs and within 10
days. All purchase item(s) on both eBay and Website will
be recognised and automatically add to your check out cart.
Once you ready to pay - just simply
wait for this congratulation email to arrive to your mailbox. Simply
follow the instruction and link to complete your payment. This
way you can ensure that every items are combined and you can select
your prefered shipping rate and add resizing (optional). After
you select your prefered shipping, the correct shipping will be listed
once click recalculate button. Once this period is over or you have
paid for the item(s), you will not be able to combine any item to
your invoice.

Can I pay you via check?
Personal Check & Money Order: it's accepted if the combined sales value
is Above $100
due to high bank fee for currency conversion. Please check with us for the
detail and payable name before sending.
If your combined order value is less than $100.00 and still wish to send us
your
personal check OR MONEY ORDER please include a $5.00 extra for Bank Processing
Fee.

1) By Registered Mail (2-4 weeks) at $6.00 - NO insurance & NO
Online tracking

2) By FedEx Envelope (48 - 72 hrs) at $18.99 - Insurance is up to $100 maximum.

Can ring be resized?
For resizing, please let us know your intention and we will include the resizing
fee to your invoice before you will complete you payment. Generally for high
quality resize, we recommend for only one size up or down (except for channel
and invisible setting).
For other sizes, we can specially make for you as per request. See the rates here.

Can out of stock item be ordered?
When you see this OUT OF STOCK or SOLD OUT sign, orders are accpeted within
3-4 weeks delivery schedule. This include any special sizing request
and remake item according to your request. Email us with model and quantity
you need. Upon receiving your information we will get back to you shortly.
